This new intelligent sensor incorporates both thermal and photo-electric technologies that interact to maximize detection. Also, an on microprocessor and advanced software focus on rejecting nuisance alarms. The built-in dual stage drift compensation feature reduces maintenance frequency; Acclimate ^TM offsets the effects of gradual dust build-up and notifies the
control panel before its compensation level is reached. This breakthrough detector is available now and will work with 7100 software versions 5.0 or greater, and will also operate on 7200 systems with version 6.0 firmware (available soon.)
